Training update: 7th March 2017

Only 6 months or so now till I take on this challenge!
I have ran now for a while but last time I hit the 6 mile mark was 2013!
Well last night I managed 6.3 miles and smashed it in under an hour.
Just need to double that and get some upper body strength now to pull me through :)
Please share and lets get more people on board.
